By becoming a member of Urgent Care Membership here at After Hours Medical, you are entitled to receive Unlimited primary care and urgent care services at any of our 6 conveniently located clinics along the Wasatch Front from 9am to 9pm seven days a week, 363 days a year.
This $5 per visit fee includes all tests, treatments, and procedures that are performed within any of our 6 clinics without additional charges. With rising healthcare cost over the past year, we have seen patients neglecting medical care and waiting until the last minute to receive help when it becomes too late or too costly. We have designed this program to help you, your family, and your employees battle the high healthcare cost so you and your loved ones Stay Healthy for Less.
The membership fee is $49/month per person ($245 Maximum for a family) for Individual Rate. However, if you become a member through a corporate account set up by your employer, you can receive a Corporate Rate of $30/month per person and $100/month for your entire family. That is only $1 per day. This program makes an excellent employee health benefit for basic medical care. Simply let your employer know about this Membership program so a corporate account can be set up. Then you and your loved ones can Stay Healthy for Less.
